Questions
How fast can you pick up?
Book by noon and we can usually pick up the same day. Rush pickups depend on the schedule, so tell us your deadline in the form.
How is the price set?
Each job gets a flat price based on distance, size and timing. We text it to you before anything is booked, so there are no surprise charges.
What areas do you cover?
Austin and nearby areas. Put both ZIP codes in the form and we'll confirm.
Is there anything you won't move?
We don't take hazardous materials like fuel, chemicals or paint. Items that need two people, like large couches or safes, need to be cleared with us first.
How do I pay?
Card, Venmo or Zelle once the job is done. Businesses on a route can pay by weekly invoice.
